Shipping charges are based the weight, volume, and location of the overall shipment. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Catit USA will ship to 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO. Free shipping is available for orders with a value of $40.00 or more (some restrictions apply). Free shipping is unavailable to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO. Catit USA cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns

We at Catit want your cat (and you) to be completely happy with your purchase. While many of our products have extended warrantees against defects, we want to ensure that you totally satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on any item purchased through www.catit.com. If you are not satisfied simply contact our Consumer Service team. If your products have arrived damaged please contact us immediately.

All returns must be authorized by our Consumer Service Department within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price only, in the form of a credit back to the original payment method. We are unable to offer refunds on the original or return shipping charges.
