Receipt of Orders
Our goal is to process all orders placed on a weekday within 2 business days. All orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Tracking will be available once your order has been processed.

Delivery Exceptions
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

All Catit Store orders are shipped via UPS ground.

Delivery Time
On average orders take 3-5 days depending on where you are located. Catit ships from Nevada and Massachusetts and based on your proximity to those states will determine the transit time

Please note that although we dispatch these orders within 2 business days it is possible that at busy times and in unprecedented circumstances, deliveries could take longer. At peak periods we recommend that you allow extra time for your delivery.
