We wanted to share an important update with our Catit community. While Catit isn’t going anywhere, we are taking a step back from our U.S. online shop. This means our shop on catit.us, along with our TikTok Shop, is closing.

The last day to place an order was February 12, 2026. All orders placed before February 13, 2026, will be fulfilled and shipped as normal.

We are currently working on listing replacements for our e-commerce channels, including Amazon and Chewy. Please reach out to customer support with any questions.

Will I still receive my subscriptions going forward?

All current subscriptions on our website will be automatically canceled. To keep your cat’s favorites coming without interruption, we encourage you to switch to Amazon Subscribe & Save or Chewy Autoship. You can find almost all of our subscription-eligible products there!

Will the Bistro Boxes still be available?

Unfortunately, Bistro Boxes will be discontinued. As an alternative, we suggest Catit Dinner Multipacks, available in two varieties: Fish and Chicken. Each multipack contains 4 different flavors (3 packs of each). They are currently available on Amazon and will be coming soon to Chewy.
